29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would secure vertical members together laterally, and the cross braces were not of such length as would automatically square the scaffolding. a) SR 315 over Interstate 81, Yatesville PA; Employees were working on steel tubular scaffolding 9 feet 4 inches above the ground, 8 out of 11 scaffold sections were not cross braced. The employees use the scaffolding as a working surface to shim a bridge beam, on or about 05/09/2013. Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required
