OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) 863 Somerset Street, Somerset, NJ 08873 - The employer allowed his employee to work on a non-compliant elevated work platform supported and elevated by a Pettibone Model 8042 Rough Terrain Forklift with no fall protection in place. Employee was utilizing stacked 2x6 boards as a platform to perform framing operations. Condition observed on/or about May 10, 2013.
