29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Labeling Area: On or about May 10, 2013 and at times prior thereto, a relocatable power tap was used outside its UL listing to provide power to an LG air conditioning unit, exposing employees to the hazards of fire. b) Shipping Area: On or about May 10, 2013, and at times prior thereto, relocatable power taps were used in series to energize the shipping computer workstation, exposing employees to the hazards of fire.
