Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On or about 5/9/13, at the site of Niagara Falls, NY. Employees, engaged in roofing activities on a flat roof, were not protected by above-mentioned fall protection systems. Employees were exposed to fall of 14 feet. No Abatement Certification Required
