29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. On or about May 10, 2013, employees were setting trusses on the residential apartment complex under construction up to approximately 27 feet high without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
