29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Warehouse A exit towards the back of building: On May 14, 2013, the exit door did not function properly. The deadbolt was not releasing entirely back into the door such that the door would not open without multiple and forceful attempts. b) Office exit towards front of building: On May 14, 2013, the exit door required a key to open the deadbolt.
