Condition observed on or about May 14, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 1 Pauline Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008: Employees were observed performing soffit and flashing installation at the eave of the roof with a height of approximately 22' to the ground below from the upper roof and 13' to the ground from the lower roof with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about May 14, 2013.
