29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, or safety net system. At a jobsite in Loves Park, Illinois employees working on a flat commercial roof approximately 14.5 feet above grade were not using fall protection. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
