29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: On May 15, 2013, at this construction site, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard from approximately 30 feet to the ground level below while conducting steel erection work standing on the midrail of a JLG aerial lift basket. The South Texas Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315488189, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 101 N. Dixieland Rd. Harlingen TX 78552.
