29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites. (a) The House at the Right Front of the Circle - An employee used a Hilti TE-60 03 hand tool to drill a hole outside of the house. The tool was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into the house's permanent circuit but there was no GFCI in the circuit, observed on or about 5-16-13. Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required.
