29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. At the site located on 13129 Royal Pines Ave., Riverview, FL, employees were installing roof material on top of a 6/12 pitch residential roof, 25 feet above ground level, without the use of a fall protection system, as observed on or about 05/13/2013. Millard Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 774901, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/06/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Dr. Horton Whitington Ct., Bldg. #207, Largo, FL.
