29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1)(ii): Machines were not so located as to give ample room for cleaning machines and handling the work. On or about May 9, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were using an ironworker that was positioned at a location near an uneven surface on the floor. Employees were exposed to tripping and struck by hazards while handling the working material.
