Park Place Ct., Derby, KS 67037 - Employees installing shingles were exposed to eye injury hazards associated with construction work in that eye protection was not provided while using the pneumatic nail gun. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Park Place Ct., Derby, KS 67037 - Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of 16 feet from the roof to the ground below. Employees were working on the 4x12 pitch roof with no fall protection methods in use. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
