29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a)  On or about 23 May, 2013, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities without a fall protection system being in place on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.     Note: Drury Brothers Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312142680 Citation 2, Item 1, issued 10 October 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 10370 13th Street, Lakewood, CO 80033.  This citation became final on 20 October 2009.
