29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) On or about July 21, 2017, the employees were exposed to injuries from falls at approximately 12.0 feet while engaged in roofing activities.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Drury Brothers Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1202462, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4346 Yellow Dock Point, Colorado Springs, co 80911.       Drury Brothers Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908304, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7734 Whipple Place, Colorado Springs 80910.
