29 CFR 1910.268(j)(4)(i): Derrick trucks or similar equipment were operated with conductive parts of the equipment closer to exposed energized power lines than the clearances set forth in Table R-2 of this section: (a) On or about 5/22/13 - at 5th Alley between 5th and 6th Avenue South and 37th and 38th Street South, Birmingham, AL 35222, an employee operating an Altec Digger Derrick (model DC47TR) to stow the boom contacted an energized 7.6-kV power line.
