29CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tools designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use. This violation was discovered on 5/29/2013 at a job site located at Lot# 4, Block# 2, Yigo, GU 96936, where a worker was operating a portable 3 inch Makita angle grinder Model GA4030, S.N. 640273 which was not equipped with a guard. The worker was cutting ceramic tiles to be installed in the entrance of the building.
