This violation was discovered on 5/29/2013 at a job site located at a subdivision of Chalan Fanapanon, Yigo, GU 96936, where a worker was operating a portable 3 inch angle grinder Makita Model# GA6010, S.N. 0006345 which was not equipped with a guard. The worker was cutting ceramic tiles to be installed in a bathroom.
