29 CFR 1926.1101(p)(1): Mandatory Appendix A to this section was not adhered to in that the OSHA Reference Sampling Method was not followed: a) Maryner Towers, 186 Efner Street, Buffalo, NY - On or about 5/16/13 and continuing, personal air samples were submitted for analysis by OSHA method ID-160 and no field blanks were included. The OSHA Reference Method requires a minimum of 2 field blanks or 10% of the number of samples, whichever is greater. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
