29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that was likely to cause physical harm to employees: On or about May 22, 2013, at Rig #33, behind the Toolpusher's trailer, the 120V nominal electrical cord connected to the sewage pump had outer insulation damage. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): On or about May 22, 2013, at Rig #33, behind the Toolpusher's trailer, the 120V nominal electrical cord connected to the sewage pump was pinched against the containment wall and the lid. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
