29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about May 28, 2013, Frontier Restoration LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that J&PC Roofing (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work without adequate fall protection measures in place. J&PC Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 706338, Citation 1, Item 1, issued January 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4755 Castleton Way, Castle Rock, CO 80104. This citation became final on January 14, 2013.
