29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about 28 May 2013, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities without the benefit of a fall protection system being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Note: Valenzuela Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 390782, Citation 1, Item 1, issued 4 May 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3469 Benton, Wheat Ridge, CO. This citation became final on 24 May 2012.
