29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.      (a) Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about May 29, 2013, an electrical power tap or power strip was being used in lieu of fixed wiring to provide electrical power to a Gibson Refrigerator.       (b) Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about May 29, 3013, an electrical power tap or power strip was being used in lieu of fixed wiring to provide electrical power to a microwave.     (c) A black flexible electrical cord connected to a 208v electrical outlet was being used in lieu of fixed wiring because the cord was connected through a wall to supply power to an ice machine located on the outside of the building.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
