The worksite company employees had not received fall protection training from the company up to and on the day of the inspection.  Condition observed on or about 05/20/13.    ALLIED BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A REPEAT VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD  29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314982299, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 02 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 08/30/12, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT RYAN MANSION DRIVE IN MONTEBELLO, NY.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
