The job made platform was compromised of wood materials and placed atop the Genie Telehandler to access the roof. Violation observed on or about 06/06/2016

Violation observed on or about 06/06/2016 Allied Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909234, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 438 Route 35 North Brick, NJ 08723.
