OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:      a)     On or about May 29, 2013, a fence was in place to control access around a construction project.  The fence was located where it prevented use of approximately 200 feet of sidewalk.  There was no directional signage in place directing pedestrians to the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street.  Two Nationwide Children's Hospital employees used the street alongside the temporary fence for pedestrian passage.  The employees were exposed to being struck-by vehicle traffic while walking in the street.
