29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion: Work Trailer: The electrical cord for the work trailer had a the cord running from the breaker box opening that was not protected from abrasion. This exposed employees to potential electrical shock if the electrical cord was to get cut to the conductor.
