29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 111 South 16th Avenue, Longport NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated manlift basket, of an articulating boom lift, while not wearing a full body harness with lanyard attached. This exposed employee was performing window caulking and other related activities at the time of the exposure. Condition observed on or about 07/03/13.
