At least one (1) employee working from the second floor of the southwest corner of the residence, exposed to potential fall hazards of an approximate ten-feet, six-inches (10-ft 6-inches); Instance b.) At least one (1) employee working from the second floor, working from the top plate of the interior frame walls, exposed to potential fall hazards of an approximate nine-feet (9-feet). SALVADOR GARCIA WAS PRECVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) OR IT'S EQUVALENT, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 898598, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 02, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON MAY 09, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3715 VENICE DRIVE, IRVING, TX 75150.
