29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501: Napaview Lane, St. Charles: An employee was exposed to fall hazards where the employee worked on a roof approximately 25 feet from eaves to ground level. There was no alternative fall protection measure in use.
