29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) NORTHEAST SIDE OF STRUCTURE - Employees worked from a JLG 600S aerial lift (SN - 035941 0300025721) at a height ranging from twenty-two (22) feet to thirty-two (32) feet where the employees were not attached to the boom or basket, thereby exposing employees to fall injuries, on or about May 30, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
