29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a) Jobsite, 1800 Lombard Street - Employees were exposed to head injuires from falling objects while working below the scaffold. Employees were not provided with appropriate head protection while performing duties, observed on or about 6/5/13.    D & G Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314230251, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/10, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Brown Street Philadelphia, PA 19104.
