29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    Location:  12114 Natural Bridge Road, Bridgeton, MO  63044    Total Home Remodeling Inc. allows workers to be exposed to hazardous conditions created by not conducting frequent or regular inspections.  The most recent occurrence was at 12114 Natural Bridge Road, Bridgeton, MO  63044 where they failed to make frequent or regular inspections of the worksite to ensure all workers were in compliance with company safety and health policies and OSHA standards.  The workers were exposed to an approximate 27 foot fall hazard as they worked on the roof without the use of an adequate fall protection system and/or fall arrest system.  In addition, workers were exposed to an approximate 27 foot fall hazard as they used an extension ladder that did not extend 36 inches above the landing.
