29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(9): The employer did not ensure that labels or other forms of warning were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: a) On or before June 5, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazard of possible burns or chemical splash from misusing the fluid in an unmarked one gallon plastic jug (Mixed gas and oil). Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
