Abatement certification for this violation is not required. Abated during the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On June 6, 2013, at a jobsite located at 923 W Vest - Marshall, MO., Employees were exposed to serious fall hazard injuries, in that an observed employee engaged in Exterior Installation Activities from an elevated Aerial Lift was not wearing fall protection equipment that was attached to the boom or basket. The employee was exposed to fall hazards from approx. 13 ft up approx. 20 ft to lower levels. Abatement certification for this violation is not required. Abated during the inspection.
