29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided.     (a) Francisco Lopez Construction @ 4909 Boca Del Rio, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before June 4th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing operations while walking and working on the exterior top plate, setting trusses on a single-family home under construction. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10'.   Francisco Lopez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 437891, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 23rd, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5246 Rangeland, Loveland, CO 80538.
