29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a) Junior and Senior Builders, LLC @ 4908 Boca Del Rio, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before June 4th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing operations while walking and working on the second level enaged in caulking and sheathing operations on a single-family home under construction. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10'.
