29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:       (a)    Junior and Senior Builders, LLC. at 8200 20th St., Greeley, CO 80634:  On and before December 16, 2014, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in that one employee was engaged in framing activities while standing on the exterior top plate of an apartment complex under construction.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 27 feet.       Junior & Senior Builders, LLC was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1004843,  Citation Number 2, Item Number 1 issued on November 4, 2014, with respect to the same workplace located at 8200 20th St., Greeley, Colorado 80634 and became Final Order on November 18, 2014.
