29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a)  Complete Roofing Services LLC, 3241 W. 44th Avenue, Denver, CO:  On and prior to June 14, 2013, the controlling employer in charge of the worksite had not ensured the use of appropriate fall protection while employees of the sub-contractor (hired by Complete Roofing Services) removed and replaced asphalt roof shingles. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards up to approximately 20 feet while working on a 6 and 12 pitch roof.
