29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  On or about 6/10/2013 at buildings 2600 and 2598 at Jeremiah Industrial Way SW, Conyers, GA 30012; The areas overhead was used by the employees and used as a storage area for material such as but not limited boxes of material, pallets of material, insulation, wood and metal material was not load approved and marked for the floor rating. Material was stored overhead in the following areas;  a. Recently constructed office areas in building 2600. b. Office area of the maintenance shop in building 2598. c. Office area of the warehouse area in building 2598.
