On or about 6/10/2013 at buildings 2600 and 2598 at Jeremiah Industrial Way SW, Conyers, GA 30012; The areas overhead was used by the employees and used as a storage area for material such as but not limited boxes of material, pallets of material, insulation, wood and metal material was not load approved and marked for the floor rating. Material was stored overhead in the following areas; a. Recently constructed office areas in building 2600. b. Office area of the maintenance shop in building 2598. c. Office area of the warehouse area in building 2598.
