Ctr./Hackettstown NJ Site - Facility Administration Hallway: Electrical Breaker Panels #LPINN #1 and #2 (Including but not limited to) -  Where electrical boxes/breakers had typed markings to indicate their character/function, the print was not large enough to be readily seen in the event the equipment needs to be accessed.    Observed on/or about 5/12/2013.   The Hackettstown Regional Medical Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(f), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 280190, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 651 Willow Grove St., Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
