29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about June 12, 2013 , at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing masonry from a tubular welded frame scaffold, 24.6 feet above the ground, were exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of end rails. Weaver Construction INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311253868, citation number 1 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 25, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at Northwest Corner of Orchard and I-88, North Aurora, IL 60542.
