On or about 06/13/2013 at 2851 White Sulphur Road, Gainesville, GA: The employees loading and unloading the trailers and employees dumping the trash on the loading dock were exposed to a fall of 4-feet, 7-inches to the lower level when a guard rail system was not inplace when the trailers were moved.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 06/13/2013 at 2851 White Sulphur Road, Gainesville, GA: The employees are exposed to hazards when dispensing Blue Whiz, a corrosive material. An emergency eye wash station was not in the immediate area where the chemical was dispensed.
