29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: Maintenance Shop: On or about June 10, 2013 and at times prior thereto, material safety data sheets (MSDS) including but not limited to the following hazardous chemicals: Flexitime 300, Chevron Delo SAE 15W-40, T-10 Thinner, and Amercoat 911 Thinner. This condition limited employee access to chemical information to ensure proper protective measures were used during chemical handling and use.
