29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  (a). On or about June 21, 2013 at a Worksite located at 6701 Blue Ridge Kansas City Missouri- Employees were walking and working under elevated employees and materials and were not protected from overhead hazards by the use of hard hats.      No abatement certification needed.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a).On or about June 18, 2013 at Worksite 6701 Blue Ridge Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were working on exposed edges and  were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net sytems, personal fall arrest systems.     No abatement certification needed.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a). Worksite located at 6701 Blue Ridge Kansas City Missouri- Employees who were exposed to fall hazards had not been trained on the use and application of fall protection, or when and how to properly use a safety monitor.      No abatement certification needed.
