The employees were exposed to potential flying object hazards while operating the pneumatic fasteners.    Red Oak Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.95, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 717479, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Findlay, Ohio.

Red Oak Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 717479, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Findlay, Ohio.
