The emergency exit door was blocked using a screen and a chair, preventing free egress.     Violation observed on or about June 19, 2013     b. 620 Market Street, Newark, NJ  - Exit to rear of building South side     Emergency exit routs were not kept unobstructed for use by employees.  The exit route from the Vinyl area to the rear door, and the exit rout from the Casements area were reduced to less than 28 inches from placement of materials stored in the exit route. Employees dispensed Toluene from a 55-gallon storage container using a hand pump that was not bonded/grounded to the portable container at the time of dispensing.
