29 CFR 1926.34(a): "General." In every building or structure exits shall be so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it is occupied. No lock or fastening to prevent free escape from the inside of any building shall be installed except in mental, penal, or corrective institutions where supervisory personnel is continually on duty and effective provisions are made to remove occupants in case of fire or other emergency.    Jobsite:  The main entrance and only entrance available on site at the time of inspection was blocked with stone work from the mason contractor.

29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, shall be provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas are being used on the jobsite. This requirement does not apply to the integral fuel tanks of motor vehicles.    Jobsite:  (4) gallon containers of diesel were stored next to the rental generator that supplies the power to the building with no fire extinguisher in the area.
