29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Titanium Dioxide Total Dust listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15 mg/m3:       a.  On or about 6/19/2013, in the Shop, an employee's personal 8-hour time-weighted average (8-Hr TWA) exposure to Total Dust containing Titanium Dioxide and Triglycidyl Isocyanurate was 160.0 mg/m3 during electrostatic hand spraying of powder coatings.  This exposure exceeded the OSHA 8-Hr TWA total dust PEL of 15 mg/m3 by 10.8 times.  The personal air monitoring consisted of four samples collected during a 417 minute sampling period on 6/19/2013.  The remaining un-sampled time of 63 minutes was included in the 8-Hr TWA as a zero exposure period.
