On or about January 29, 2025, and at times prior, at the East side of the building in the areas surrounding the spray booth(s), employees were working in areas where powder coating spray residue was allowed to accumulate on vertical and horizontal surfaces such as, but not limited to the building walls, floore, and ceiling, spray booth walls and ceiling, exhaust equipment, electrical boxes, tools, grinder, and oven walls.
